Pu Sanford attended The Natural Health Institute and became licensed a Massage Therapist (LMT).  Pu is certified by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and a Professional Member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).

Pu focuses on the individual needs of each client to achieve the best results. She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Thai and lymphatic drainage massages as well as Kinesiology taping and cupping. Pu's work is committed to the belief that massage therapy contributes to greater balance and overall well-being for everyone.
